Keeping Up With Arya
Today Arya spends his time consulting the management teams of various startups, focused on helping founders navigate the tumultuous time between founding and exit. He takes pride in advising companies on a wide variety of disciplines ranging from revamping their sales processes and developing marketing strategies, to executing in-depth succession plans. Bina has always had an interest in entrepreneurship and although he works with all startups, he especially loves working with entrepreneurs who are running bootstrapped startups and building from the ground up.
